Where orders are dispatched
Setup required. Add FULFILMENT_COUNTRY only when you know the real dispatch location. Do not enter United Kingdom unless orders are actually sent from there.
Destinations
Setup required. Set SHIPPING_DESTINATIONS to the places you will actually deliver, for example United Kingdom, after you have confirmed the service.
Processing and delivery time
Setup required. Processing time is not confirmed. Do not advertise next-day dispatch until it is true.

Delivery charges
Setup required. Set SHIPPING_STANDARD_RATE_PENCE to a whole number of pence, such as 395 for £3.95. Leave it empty until the figure is real. A value of 0 means you are confirming free standard delivery.
No free-delivery threshold is set. Do not advertise free delivery unless you confirm it.
What you see before you pay
The basket and checkout show the goods subtotal and any confirmed delivery charge before a payment starts. If the delivery charge is not confirmed, checkout will not take payment, because the full amount would not be known. The server calculates the amount. A price sent by the browser is ignored.
VAT
A VAT number has not been published. The owner must confirm whether prices include VAT before taking live payments. This draft does not say that they do.
