Can I buy something today?
Not yet. The products are sample listings, checkout does not take payment until Stripe, delivery rates and product details are confirmed, and the site will say so rather than pretend an order exists.
Are the prices final?
No. Each price is sample data for the catalogue. The owner has to confirm it before it is a selling price. The currency is pounds sterling.
Do you deliver next day?
No delivery time is promised. Processing time and a delivery estimate appear on the shipping policy only after they are confirmed.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery is not offered unless a threshold or a zero rate is deliberately confirmed in the shop settings. Until then, checkout will not guess a charge.
How do returns work?
The returns page explains the draft process and marks the return window, address and postage as unconfirmed until the owner sets them. It is not a promise of a particular refund speed.
Are the utensils dishwasher safe?
That is not stated, because it has not been checked against the product. The same applies to heat resistance, leak resistance and food-contact marks.
Are the product pictures of the items in stock?
No. They are sample catalogue photographs for this preview. Photographs of the actual products have to replace them before anything is advertised.
Do I need an account?
No. Accounts are not available. The basket is kept in your browser.
